We will arrange an initial meeting at a time to suit you to conduct a feasibility study. We will discuss the works you wish to be carried out, what can be carried out and what you want to achieve.
From this process we will have a clear objective and we can provide you with our feasibility report which includes detailed architect drawings, budget cost and time frame.
- Initial home visit at a time that is best suited to your needs, we will sit with you and discuss your objectives and design ideas.
- We will work with you to establish if you need planning or building regulations and help guide you through the process.
- We will draw up preliminary plans and designs and meet with you to discuss. These will be CAD drawings that you can adapt at the meeting.
- Upon approval of the drawings we will draw up costing’s and a time line.
- We will work with you to establish every detail of your project.
- We will then establish how much of the project you would like to undertake and if there is any work you would prefer to do yourself ie decorating
- We will then draw up a contract of works, along with a payment scheme.
- Deliver you your dream project or home.
